QDo you come to my home?
Always. All repairs are carried out at your property across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The appliance does not need to be moved anywhere.
QWhat does a visit cost?
A technician call-out and diagnosis is 99 AED. In most cases the repair itself is completed during that same visit, and you hear the price before any work begins.
QAre the parts genuine?
Yes, genuine Beko spare parts on every replacement. That is the difference between a repair that lasts and one you call about again next month.
QAre you the authorised Beko centre?
No. We are a private repair and maintenance company and we repair all brands. We do not represent Beko.
