The power board
Most often the problem sits with the power board inside the machine itself. That is an internal fault and needs a technician rather than an inspection from the outside.
A faulty outlet
Before assuming the machine, test the socket by plugging in something else. If that also fails, the outlet is at fault and an electrician should look at it, not us.
A damaged door seal
The most common cause of water on the floor. Inspect the seal for cracks, tears and general wear. If there is damage, replace it promptly before the leak reaches anything else.
Loose hose connections
Check that the inlet and outlet hoses are securely attached to the right ports. Tighten anything loose, and make sure neither hose is bent or kinked, because that restricts flow and forces water out.
Levelling
Heavy vibration and noise usually means the machine is not sitting level. It needs a flat, stable surface. Put a spirit level on top and adjust the feet until the wobble is gone.
Overloading
Too much laundry in one load causes noise, vibration and strain. Check the load size for your model and distribute clothes evenly around the drum to keep it balanced.
Obstruction or imbalance
Look inside for anything blocking the drum, or a load that has bunched to one side, and redistribute it. After that, check the drive belt for damage or slipping.
Stuck on the wash cycle
This normally points to a faulty electric board or panel board. It is an internal fault and not something to attempt yourself.

Beko washing machines use an error code system that tells you the nature of the problem before anyone opens the machine. Read the code off the display, tell us when you call, and we usually know what we are coming to fix and which part to bring.
Water supply. Check the supply hose for kinks or blockages, make sure the tap is fully open, and confirm the water pressure is sufficient.
Heating. Verify the hot water supply is connected properly. If the code stays, the heating element or thermostat is likely at fault and needs professional attention.
Drainage. Inspect the drainage hose for clogs or bends, clear any blockage, and make sure the hose sits so water can flow away freely.
Door. Make sure the door is closed securely. If the error persists, the door lock mechanism has probably failed and needs replacing.
